Årets Bruktundersøkelse fra FINN torget viser at kjøp og salg av brukte varer er mer utbredt enn noen gang. - Bruktsalg har blitt en naturlig del av hverdagen til nordmenn.

Tall fra FINN jobb viser at det ble utlyst 12 prosent færre stillinger i februar i år sammenlignet med samme måned i fjor. Nedgangen gjenspeiles i de fleste bransjer, men enkelte skiller seg ut med en positiv utvikling.

– Interessen for kjøp og salg av brukt har aldri har vært høyere, sier kommunikasjonssjef i FINN.

For første gang viser FINNs jobbundersøkelse, gjennomført av Norstat *, at flere offentlig ansatte vurderer å gå over til privat sektor enn motsatt. Vi ser også at mangfold og samfunnsansvar har blitt viktige faktorer for jobbsøkerne.

Secondhand trade is an important contribution to a sustainable world. In 2018 users at Schibsted's marketplaces saved 20.5 million tons of greenhouse gas. With the  Second Hand Effect project, Schibsted wants to raise awareness about the environmental benefits of reusing and repairing goods and minimising waste.

Secondhand trade is part of the concept of Circular Economy. The concept, which is built on reduce, reuse, repair and recycle, has no founder or date of origin. But it has gained momentum since the late 1970s, led by academics, thought-leaders, NGOs and businesses. The biggest driving force, however, is Mother Nature and how she reacts to the fact that an increasing population is draining her.

Hundreds of software engineers in Schibsted now use Artificial Intelligence to help them write code. “My productivity has grown at least 15 %,” estimates Pedro Goncalves.
