Dealer Hub: Building the Nordic infrastructure for automotive retail
Vend is building Dealer Hub, a new platform for professional dealers on its marketplaces. By bringing leads, insights and AI-driven recommendations into one place, we are taking a strategic step from marketplace provider to Nordic technology partner. The platform is now being launched in Norway, with Sweden and Denmark to follow.

The automotive retail market is becoming more complex. What was once driven by volume and visibility is now defined by capital efficiency, speed, and the ability to act on data in real time.
Across the Nordics, dealers are navigating increasing pressure on margins, more complex inventory, and changing customer expectations. For Vend, this is an opportunity to expand the value delivered to professional customers across our local Mobility brands, counting Bilbasen, DBA, FINN, and Blocket.
From marketplace to growth platform

“At Vend, Dealer Hub is a key milestone in executing our strategy to become a stronger technology partner for professional dealers,” says Robin Suwe, EVP of Vend Mobility. “We are building on our marketplace position to deliver more value through data, technology, and integrated workflows.”
Dealer Hub is grounded in solving evolved dealer needs, and delivering faster innovation across the Nordics. It brings together tools, insights, and workflows to transform fragmented processes into a connected, action-oriented platform. With Dealer Hub Vend offers one place where all core capabilities are gathered, including lead management, data insights, ad management, AI-driven recommendations and API services.
“With Dealer Hub, we want to help dealers move from reactive management to proactive decision-making. By combining tools, insights, and AI-driven recommendations in one place, we enable dealers to make smarter decisions, execute faster, and improve their commercial performance. This allows dealers to regain control in a shifting market,” explains Robin Suwe.
Built with dealers, at Nordic scale
A defining principle behind Dealer Hub is co-development. The team in Vend Mobility has worked closely with dealers across the Nordics to shape the platform, and to ensure Dealer Hub meets the demands and wishlist of dealers. The collaboration with dealers has influenced everything from feature prioritisation to product design.

The Dealer Hub platform is therefore the result of a significant Nordic effort, bringing together cross-functional teams across product, technology, and commercial roles.
“We’ve combined expertise across markets to build solutions that are both technically strong, commercially relevant and grounded in real customer needs. This also marks a new way of working for us at Vend, where we have gone from local optimisation to a Nordic approach,” says Marianne Lindsten.
A shared Nordic foundation
Dealer Hub is built as a shared Nordic platform and is being rolled out market by market. It was first introduced in Denmark to dealers selling boats, caravans, and motorcycles on DBA, and is now launching in Norway for both these segments and for car dealers. Sweden and the broader Danish market will follow over the next year.
“Instead of building single solutions for each market, we build once and deploy everywhere. This enables faster innovation, more efficient development, and a platform that can continuously evolve based on insights and feedback from across markets,” says Marianne Lindsten.
For Vend, Dealer Hub represents more than a new platform. It is the foundation for the next generation of marketplace-enabled commerce, where data, technology, and expertise come together to drive measurable outcomes and unlock the full value of marketplace demand.
